I had high hopes for this online lender after seeing some good reviews. However, I feel it's my duty to caution other small businesses against this choice. It may sound appealing, but the reality aligns with what many negative reviews have been saying... you'll face steep upfront costs. The interest rates are shockingly high. Plus, there's no appreciation from the lender for your history and performance. I really wanted to have a positive experience with this company, but sadly, it's just another situation I wish to leave behind. Look elsewhere for your lending needs. Don't let this business take advantage of your growing venture with misleading promises.

It's a real bummer that we have to give StreetShares a one-star rating because they deserve way worse. No doubt about it, these guys will try to pin their failures on CV19 or spin some tall tales. When this shady company dropped us unexpectedly, four of their rivals stepped in with double the funding and way lower fees and interest rates. We've got solid credit and a strong business, and thankfully, we managed to escape these loan sharks and work with trustworthy finance firms.

Seriously, look somewhere else because there are way more than ten companies that offer way better deals than StreetShares.

If you're already a customer and they assign you a new rep, steer clear of Joel Harris. This guy is a total joke who thinks sarcasm is a substitute for service. He moves at a snail's pace and wouldn't last a day at our company. You definitely don’t want someone like him managing your business finances.

I gave this company a shot. Their offerings might not suit every entrepreneur, but I genuinely appreciate their commitment to assisting veterans who are keen on launching thriving businesses. It's unfortunate to hear that some folks had negative experiences, but I count myself among those who had a fantastic time collaborating with StreetShares.

This company is just the worst. I was given the green light for a business line of credit last year, but now, nine months later, they tell me I can't use it. I still have a balance, and they keep taking my payments. What was the point of getting approved in the first place???

Their customer service is just as bad. The rep I spoke to was super loud and kept interrupting me. It felt like she didn’t care about what I was saying at all. If I were her boss and heard that, she’d be outta there for sure!

StreetShares, as a finance company, really dropped the ball on customer service and communication. I’m not fussed if we’re not a match for their funding program, but making a call without truly grasping our business model and deciding without all the necessary info is just sloppy and lazy on their end. I won’t be recommending or using them again.

Last year, I checked out a loan from a company linked to Intuit and got approved, but they hit me with a whopping 33% interest rate! "But no fees!" they claimed. Yikes!
